Schedule of public group class (via Zoom meeting):
- Monday 16:30 – Slow Flow Yoga
- Monday 18:15 – Yoga for Embodiment
- Thursday 18:15 – Yoga & Qigong
- Friday 19:30 – Yin & Yoga Nidra
- Saturday 8:30 – Mindful Movement
These are paid class, held online using Zoom video conference.
In order to participate, you’ll need access to Zoom through your device (mobile phone, tablet, or computer) and active internet connection with enough data quota.

Public group class – open for anyone wanting to practice yoga.
Private group – practice yoga together as a group; a great way to meet up with your friends/colleagues during stay at home period.
Private individual – one to one session with me, with your health & wellbeing as the goal. Suitable for those who have specific conditions/needs. Can be done online or in person.
