I teach public group class, private group & individual.
Public group class – open for anyone wanting to practice yoga.
Private group – practice yoga together as a group; a great way to meet up with your friends/colleagues during stay at home period.
Private individual – one to one session with me, with your health & wellbeing as the goal. Suitable for those who have specific conditions/needs.
Schedule of public group class (via Zoom meeting):
- Monday 16:30 – Slow Flow Yoga
- Monday 18:15 – Yoga for Health
- Thursday 16:30 – Gentle Yoga
- Thursday 18:15 – Yoga & Qigong
- Friday 19:30 – Yin & Yoga Nidra
- Saturday 8:30 – Mindful Movement
